What are the modes of shopping and payment you use?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, UPI, Net banking, Wallets and COD (cash on delivery-INR 8000 above) for online orders.
What is your return & exchange policy?
Unfortunately, we do not have a return policy. If the garment that you have purchased is not right for you, you have 14 days to make the exchange. Please ensure that the garment is unused, is in the original packaging and has all the original tags. Once we receive the return package, we will review and process the exchange. We do not accept an exchange for items marked as SALE, ONE SIZE and items purchased on Flash Sale.
For products ordered from our 'Sample Sale' section. please note that the product is one of a kind and shall not be customized, exchanged or returned at any stage. Therefore, we request you to go through the measurements chart carefully.
Exchanges and returns will not be accepted for any customized order. A product is eligible for exchange if it is a standard product.
Exchange requests received beyond 1 week shall not be entertained.
What are your shipping charges?
We ship in India with reliable courier partners. The prices vary according to the size of the package.
India: Rs.150 & above.
How soon will my order reach me?
If the items you are order are in stock, your order will be dispatched within 3-5 business days. Please note, during sale events or within 6 days of a new collection launch you may experience a 7-8 delay in receiving your order. All orders received after 1 pm on Saturday are shipped on Monday. What if I like a piece that is out of stock now?
If a design you like is out of stock, it is because we don’t have that fabric anymore. If you like the style and are okay to go with a different fabric from our website, we’d willingly customize it for you or a full refund if you have already purchased it! :)
How do I know you’ve shipped my order?
Tracking details are mailed to you after we ship your order.
Do you customize clothes? If yes, is it charged extra?
Yes, we customize for a perfect fit.
We don’t charge anything extra for basic length alterations or minor alterations, however if the piece requires to be entirely customized, the customization charges vary between 5%-25% of the MRP of the product depending on the amount of customization.
What is the procedure for getting clothes customized?
While placing an order, we have a notes section at the checkout page where you can mention your customization details. :)
From where do you source your fabrics?
We source our fabrics from weavers across the country.
How often do you come up with a new collection?
We launch a new collection every 3-5 months.
What are your work timings?
We are open from Monday to Saturday between 10 am to 6 pm.
